These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are the agreement between you and 33 INFORMATIQUEA for the following TikTok mini games:
By opening or playing any of these games, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the games.
The games are free-to-play entertainment that run inside TikTok. They may include optional rewarded video ads and interstitial ads. Features can change as we update a game. We do not promise that every feature will stay available in every region.
You must be old enough to use TikTok in your country and to agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may play only with a parent or guardian’s permission. The games are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age where you live).
Login, if used, is provided through TikTok. You must follow TikTok’s rules as well as these Terms. We do not receive or store your TikTok password. You are responsible for activity that happens through your TikTok account while you play.
We give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the games on TikTok for your own non-commercial use. You do not own the games, the code, the art, the names, or any virtual items. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if the platform requires it.
Some games show in-app ads (rewarded video and interstitials). Watching an ad may grant an in-game reward. Rewards have no real-world cash value, are not transferable, and may be changed or removed. Ads are served through TikTok’s advertising systems. We do not sell your personal data.
You agree not to:
33 INFORMATIQUEA and its licensors own the games and related materials, except for TikTok platform components and third-party libraries. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. Game names are used as product titles for the titles listed above.
The games are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every country. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, 33 INFORMATIQUEA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, scores, or progress. Our total liability for a claim about the games will not exceed the amount you paid us for that game in the 12 months before the claim (which is zero if the game is free). Some places do not allow certain limits; in those places our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.
TikTok’s developer and user terms also apply. If TikTok removes a game, restricts a region, or changes mini-game APIs, we may have to change or stop the game. We are not responsible for TikTok account issues, platform outages, or ad availability.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date. We may stop offering a game at any time. You may stop playing at any time. Sections that should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to 33 INFORMATIQUEA and to your use of the games, without naming a court or country that we have not designated. If a court finds a part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
